Halogen Ovens and and introducing Dehydrators

Ingredients

3 large eggs
1 large tomato sliced
120grams cooked ham
150-200 grams cottage cheese
1 small onion chopped
grated cheese for topping

Method

Mix the eggs, onion, cottage cheese, ham, together in a bowl, put the mix into a casserole dish, place sliced tomato on top of the mix and top off with the cheese. Bake in the Halogen Oven at  170C for 20 minutes on a low rack,  when brown cover the dish and cook for another 15 mins. Test with a skewer to check the inside is set, and allow to cool before removing.
