Salmon Croquettes

1 tin Salmon Red or Pink Salmon

32 gm Juice from the Salmon

75 gm Flour

1 egg

half chopped onion ( green ) 

half tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp baking powder

veg oil

Pepper 

 

  1. Heat the halogen to 200 deg C
  2. Mix Salmon and egg in a large bowl add the flour and stir in
  3. Add the pepper , onions and W sauce
  4. Mix the baking powder and Salmon Juice beat until it foams up
  5. Pour this onto the Salmon mixture place on a mesh tray on the high rack
  6. Cook for 15 mins – should be golden brown
