32 gm Juice from the Salmon
75 gm Flour

half chopped onion ( green )
half tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp baking powder

- Heat the halogen to 200 deg C
- Mix Salmon and egg in a large bowl add the flour and stir in
- Add the pepper , onions and W sauce
- Mix the baking powder and Salmon Juice beat until it foams up
- Pour this onto the Salmon mixture place on a mesh tray on the high rack
- Cook for 15 mins – should be golden brown
